Exchanges & Repairs

EXCHANGE:

Pieces are available for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us and provide your order number, request, and overview of issue. We will respond within three (3) business days with next steps. Please note, all customers are responsible for:

  1. Include order number, written explanation, and specific request in email.

  2. Shipping and tracking.

  3. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise noted.

REPAIR:

If your piece requires a repair, please email with order number and overview of repair needs, a picture helps as well. We will reply within three (3) business days with next steps. Natural stones (especially matte stones) do shift in finish over time, especailly during the warmer months when we sweat more often. All polished items patina over time, as well.

If you have purchased your piece within six (6) months, we require our customers to cover shipment and will likely repair the piece no at fee. It is up to our discretion. If it is after six (6) months, there will be a repair fee based on the needs of the item. Repairs typically take two-three weeks, but can be longer during busy times.
